Children’s Cry for Hope

A non-profit organization committed to finding sponsors for families in need.

Mission

At Children’s Cry for Hope, our mission is to transform the lives of families and children in need by connecting them with compassionate sponsors who are committed to making a lasting impact. We believe that every child deserves the chance to thrive, regardless of their circumstances, and that families facing financial hardships can rebuild their lives with the right support.

We take a hands-on approach by directly paying families in need, ensuring that every dollar donated reaches those who need it most. We work closely with individuals to carefully vet the families, making sure they are truly in need of assistance. This process allows us to provide targeted support and guarantees that funds are delivered directly to the families without any interference from other individuals or organizations.

At Children’s Cry for Hope, we are dedicated to transparency, accountability, and fostering genuine connections between our sponsors and the families they support. Together, we are building stronger communities, one family at a time.

Join us in our mission to make a difference and create lasting change for those who need it most. Your generosity can light the way to a better tomorrow.

Our Presence

Our goal is to extend our reach to struggling nations worldwide, particularly those affected by war and poverty. At present, our primary efforts are focused on Armenia, where we support families and children in urgent need. We seek compassionate sponsors who can provide these children with the essentials required for a stable and hopeful future—ensuring access to nutritious meals, healthcare, and education as they grow into adulthood.

Our Commitment

We are committed to transparency and ensuring that your contributions directly support families and children in need. As a new organization, we are deeply dedicated to our mission and strive to give you full confidence that your support makes a meaningful impact. To uphold this commitment, we will provide periodic reports detailing our work and how every dollar of funding is used.

Current Challenges

We are a new organization, currently operating entirely through volunteer efforts. While charity is driven by goodwill, even the act of helping those in need comes with unavoidable costs. Something as simple as sending funds to families and children in desperate need still incurs fees.

Unfortunately, not every country has an efficient or accessible banking system that allows recipients to receive funds directly from United States for example. As a result, we must rely on banking and fund distribution services, which charge transaction fees. For example, transferring a $200 donation incurs a $6 fee to ensure cash reaches those in need. Additionally, processing donations via credit card costs between 2% and 4%, meaning a $200 donation incurs an additional $4 to $8 in processing fees.

We are actively exploring more cost-effective ways to facilitate our mission. However, at this time, we want to be fully transparent with our donors: these necessary fees will be deducted from contributions. It is important to emphasize that our organization does not charge or retain any portion of the funds—we operate entirely on a volunteer basis, ensuring that every possible dollar goes directly to those who need it most.

Our Vetting Process

Ensuring that the families we support are truly in need is a valid and important concern for many potential partners and donors. To uphold this responsibility, we rely on our trusted volunteers within the communities we serve to identify and verify families facing genuine hardship.

Our plan is to expand our on-the-ground volunteer teams and collaborate with two to three churches in each community we serve. Currently, our efforts are focused primarily in Armenia, and in the near future, we aim to partner with multiple churches there to cross-reference, assess, and vet the families we support.

Relying on a single organization poses risks, but working with multiple trusted partners provides a higher level of assurance that the vetting process is thorough and accurate. This ensures that our efforts—and our donors’ contributions—reach families and children who are truly in need and whose life circumstances have been carefully verified.

Donation Limits

We have set a donation limit of $200 per month per child within a family. If a family has multiple children in need, we allow an additional $100 per month per child beyond the first.

This limit is designed to ensure that families receive the necessary support to meet their children’s basic needs while also encouraging self-sufficiency. Our goal is to assist families without creating unintended dependency on donations. We believe that providing excessive financial aid could discourage efforts to seek independent means of support. By maintaining balanced assistance, we strive to uplift families in a way that fosters resilience and long-term stability.
